Special Notice

Due to the Governor’s “Safer at Home” Recommendation, Z&R will continue to have personnel answer phones and receive mail, payments and packages, but the office will remain closed to the public until further notice. Packages and mail will be accepted and the drop box by the front door will also be checked for payments.

Board Meetings

The High Point Condominium Board of Directors Meetings are scheduled as needed, but are typically quarterly. Please watch website for updates.

The meeting time and date is subject to change without notice. Please call Z&R Property Management to confirm time and date if you intend to attend.
